This workshop is designed to empower your spirited young ones with the tools they need to feel more aligned, grounded and connected. This workshop is perfect for your young ones who:

I am so passionate about helping children and young adults because I HAVE BEEN THERE! As a child, I felt overwhelmed and lost because I am an empathetic/sensitive/spirited soul. I had no idea that I was taking on other people’s energy. I wish I had someone to teach me the tools to be able to protect, cleanse, clear and ground my energy. I also wish I had techniques that I could use to calm my body and mind. I finally learned as an adult to utilize these tools, and it has changed my life!
I am so thankful to have learned these techniques because I have taught my daughters how to implement them as well. My twelve and eight year old daughters are also spirited souls. They use my simple cleansing, clearing and protection techniques daily, in order to support their emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. They feel more aligned and grounded. They feel safe knowing they have full control over their thoughts and energy bodies. And to be honest, I feel like they can rely on these tools vs. me to help them navigate through their emotions and feelings. My gut tells me that you too would enjoy spending more fun, quality time with your young ones vs. tending to their emotional ups and downs. Let’s make that happen!!!!
